Florida Keys Vacation Rental Homes Marathon Atlantic Breezes

These are my own personal private vacation rental properties. The Keys are my favorite part of Florida and these luxurious and spacious homes & condos are conveniently located on the Atlantic Ocean side of Marathon. Atlantic Breezes is a unique 4 unit complex and units #1 & #3 are adjacent to each other which is great for large families, groups or Seniors looking for peace and quiet! In addition, our vacation condominiums feature a large, private yard, large Tiki Hut, and a 50’ sea wall off the Atlantic Ocean with dockage. Atlantic Breezes vacation condominiums are within 1 mile of Sombrero Beach (rated #1 in the Florida Keys) and a few short blocks from Sombrero Country Club Golf Course. Both units have been recently renovated with new furnishings and are tastefully decorated.

Each 2 bedroom condominium can sleep 8 (2 queens plus a queen sofa sleeper in the sunroom with an optional room divider and one in the living room). Prices range from $800 - $1,240 per week. Discounted monthly rates are also available. Both units can be rented together to accommodate groups up to 16.

There are many great Florida Keys family attractions nearby and the Florida Keys Weather is Caribbean like year round. You will definitely enjoy the Tiki Hut, gas barbecue every evening and hot tub experience. The community bike/walking trail goes right by the driveway. Shops, museums, restaurants, movies are also about a mile away. Swim with the dolphins or just see them play at the Dolphin Research Center 15 miles away. You can also hand feed Tarpon nearby or rent a boat and fish for Yellow Tail, Mackerel, Grouper, Sailfish, or Mahi Mahi. Sombrero Reef is just off shore for wonderful diving or snorkeling. Our girls love to snorkel near shore and collect sand dollars. They have brought home hermit crabs and baby iguanas (Delta’s security has not noticed things were moving in their carry on bags when screening the last 4 trips)
