Vacation Home Policies
You must be 21 or older to rent an Atlantic Breeze vacation home condominium.
We are a no indoor smoking facility however smoking on the premises anywhere outdoors is permitted.
Small pets may be permitted on an as requested basis however a larger deposit will be requested and there will be a $50 surcharge per pet, per week.
We are family and group oriented business. Please leave your Atlantic Breeze Condominium in the same condition you found it.
Damages to the property and/or extraordinary cleaning charges, as a result of your stay, are your responsibility & you will be charged accordingly.
Rates do not include 11.5% sales tax
Rates do not include surcharges of $50 per pet, per week
Rates do not include additional guest charge of $20 per person per night
Rates INCLUDE 25 feet of Dockage per unit rented (up to 50' maximum)
Hurricanes: If evacuation is required, then your stay will be pro-rated as follows: You will receive a refund equal to the number of days remaining on your stay that were prepaid. Please note that maid fees can not be refunded
Cancellation Policy: Weekly reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Monthly reservations must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. You will be charged a $200 cancellation fee if you do not cancel via email, phone, or fax by the cancellation deadline. Cancellations for early departure does not warrant refund of rent or deposit. No refunds for early departures or late cancellations. The rate information provided, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed. It is subject to errors, omissions, change of price, or withdrawal without notice.
